- Your Tasks- Support the Revenue and Reservations Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Assist with daily pricing and availability management
- Analyze occupancy, market performance and competitor pricing
- Prepare forecasts and reporting
- Continuously optimize pricing strategy
- Manage the property's distribution channels - OTAs, website, GDS
- Manage group rooms
- Manage no-show/cancellation revenue
- Your Profile
- Completed professional training and experience in revenue management in the luxury hotel industry
- Local market knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of German and English; written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with common revenue management systems and pricing
- Personally you convince with a high level of communication and sales talent, organizational skills and a strong guest orientation
- Sense of responsibility and a passion for numbers and goals

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.263;
- according to the collective agreement.

A higher salary in line with the market is actually paid for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

- Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city.
