**Business Unit Head Neuroscience & Rare Disease Austria (f/m/d)**
Focus will be on
- Initiate and develop an articulate vision of the goals and ambitions for Neuroscience & Rare Disease in Austria
- Development of the Neuroscience & Rare Disease Business Unit regarding structure, capabilities, and processes
- Localize, prepare, and execute strategic plan and budget in line with the Ipsen strategy
- Propose and implement resource allocation to products/segments/targets, to optimize growth and profitability
- Lead the Neuroscience & Rare Disease sales team and continue to develop the team and sales strategy as well as the territory and structures
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of the business unit's strategic (and operational plans and contribute to the global strategy
- Take responsibility for budget, portfolio analysis, identification of risks and opportunities
- Responsible for the Neuroscience & Rare Disease Brand Plans, Annual Budget Planning Processes and Forecast Updates for the Neuroscience & Rare Disease Franchise
- Connect and develop a culture of sharing and learning within DACH and in International
- Participation at international and local meetings
Qualification requires
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology companies
- 3+ years of leadership experience required and experience in Marketing and Sales
- Strong communicator, role model and team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation
- Experience with omnichannel activities and trends
- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand market trends
- Track record of pharma/biotech marketing with and understanding of budget planning and tracking
- Deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare environment as well as excellent project management skills
- Problem solving & solution-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal and communication skills in German and English
