You are a team player and want to help scaling a fast-growing Austrian start-up? You are interested in digital business models and you have an affinity for online marketing/ e-commerce? Then boomerank is the right place for you Together we want to revolutionize the online marketing market with our proprietary AI-based software and give our customers (online shops) an effective tool to succeed in the digital world. Compensation with appropriate qualifications: gross annual salary starting at 51.260€.

Tasks
- Build, own and implement boomerank’s marketing & employer branding strategy
- Create brand awareness resulting in an inbound sales boost and employee-pull
- Define and implement marketing campaigns to create traction
- Ensure a great relationship with the media and other key stakeholders (operational ownership with team members)
- Consistently monitor marketing performance and implement data-based actions

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or growth (ideally with a proven track-record of successfully scaling B2B tech companies)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
- Proactive self-starter with creative personality and great organizational skills
- Independent and result-oriented way of working with high willingness to learn
- Ambitious, curious and passionate about the startup culture and technology
- Fluency in German and English
- Understanding of the eCommerce field and its underlying processes (advantage)
