To achieve our vision, we are looking for a Marketing Lead (M/F/d). You will join our HQ in Vienna and directly report to the CEO. Your role will be to lead a dynamic team and take responsibility for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth.

- You have a natural enthusiasm and understanding of the mobility industry, market trends, and operators, and can leverage your knowledge to create great campaigns
- You are a true team player, showing incredible communication skills and a proven ability to get things done, along with a high capacity to build and nurture strong relationships
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop, in close coordination with your team, a strategic marketing strategy optimised for scalability and growth
- Oversee marketing lead generation and pipeline
- Lead and maintain consistency in messaging, branding, content, and the look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socialising with content specialists, creatives, sales, and other departments
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
**Profile**:
- At least 4/5 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, mobility, or tech
- Previous experience as a marketing manager, or marketing head is necessary
- Native English speaker, (any additional language is a real plus but not compulsory), with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation (ideally in HubSpot), including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
- Flexibility to travel spontaneously for events across Europe and the Middle East
- Be scale-up compatible. You know how to interact with a fast-paced environment and nurture a growing team
- Autonomous, well-organised, and data-driven. You are open and willing to learn from others as much as leading younger colleagues
