Our robots are looking for a **Conversation UX Designer (M/F/x) - Customer Service** for our office in Vienna.

At Humanizing Technologies, we believe that everyone should have easy access to cutting-edge technologies, while they are user-friendly and create engaging interactions that are fun to use.
With this in mind, we develop easy-to-use software so that our customers can have fun customizing their robots and tablets. Our solution allows anyone to work with the most advanced robots - without having to program a single line. While the UI is very intuitive and user-friendly, the back-end is fully featured (except for Bitcoin). With our cloud, our endpoints are getting smarter every day and we have the opportunity to expand their capabilities.
As a **Conversation UX Designer (M/F/x) - Customer Service**, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing the linguistic communication between humans and robots with the goal of adding more humanity to the human-robot interaction.

We are looking for a proactive, outgoing and highly reliable individual who is open to learning new things every day in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to work with remote teams across multiple channels.
- Through your experience, you will contribute to humanize conversations between humans and robots.
- You will take responsibility for the entire conversation design process of the voicebot. Starting from research, design mapping to writing scripts, suitable for each use-case.
- You design intuitive and adaptable user journeys that fit our different robots.
- You work closely with the development team and our partners to create unique, humorous, and charismatic conversations for our avatars.
- You’ll work with our product owner and partners to manage the user experience of a product from conception to launch. (and you constantly take care of further optimizations).
Your talents on board
We expect an agile and competent personality for the tasks as **Conversation UX Designer (M/F/x)** - Customer Service. Experience in marketing and sales is welcome as well.
- You have a strong command of writing skills (excellent spelling and grammar) and consistent ability to write on behalf of a brand in a variety of styles and tones
- At least 2- 4 years of experience in conversation design and the experience of how a conversation shapes up in a business setting
- You have a portfolio of your best designs
- You can work in an organized, self-directed manner with a strong sense of humanity.
- Strong business know-how and experience in project management, conversation design, customer journey, content creation, character design
