**Commodity Manager - Raw Materials (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Ceramics & Concrete raw materials in collaboration with internal teams
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing strategies
- Create and align strategy with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, manufacturing)
- Lead the process to select and manage vendors
- Actively investigate alternatives and new products in the market
- Measure and track performance in the spend category and defines improvement measures if necessary
- Monitors strategy implementation and compliance
- Support new product development and advise leadership on procurement matters

Your Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in prcurement of raw materials/building materials
- Strong strategic management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven leadership and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in an international procurement environment with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- High level of flexibility, incl. travel flexibility
- Experienced in working with cross-border matrix organizations
