**Position Summary**:
You will support financial accounting and reporting for our Jet Aviation Vienna entity. You will perform your tasks in line with the organization’s Vision 2020 and strategy.

You will be collaborating closely with other departments to ensure that accounting is aligned and executed effectively.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Commercial accounting education
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written), good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Austrian GAAP
- Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- EU citizenship or valid work and residence permit

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Performs general accounting activities, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
- Assists and collaborates to monthly, quarterly and yearend closing
- Prepares, records, analyzes accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
- Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
- Assists and supports the Senior Manager Finance in other ad hoc duties
- Prepare and assists all kind of internal and external audits
- Supports other departmental tasks as deemed necessary
- Prepares, records, verifies and analyzes accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepares or assists payment of vendor invoices, staff expense sheets on a timely basis
- Ensure all accounting transaction are accurate, timely with proper compliance of company policies and procedures

**Employment**:
We remunerate your performance with a monthly gross salary of € 3.300. Willingness for overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
