**Description**:

Then your lucky day is here because we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our HQ in Linz.

**What is a Senior HR Business Partner?**:To us, this professional will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management - and for sure, evolving with us. We will ask your opinion about everything and we will lay on your expertness.

This role is essential to the success of our company. Our people are our most important asset and you will be the one to ensure that our CELUMians have a great place to work where our mission and goals can be realised.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play an active role in the recruitment and selection process
- To make CELUM an even better place to work, a big focus of this role is to ensure a great employee experience
- Support and sparring partner for employees and leadership teams throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new CELUMians
- Work on our Employer Branding
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. Ideally within a rapidly growing company in the IT/Software market
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian labor law and HR best practices in general
- You have the feeling that your English is the cream of the crop, you know, we mean the yellow of the egg. And you are also fluent in German.
