For our network security division we are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will be in charge of implementing and driving our corporate product-led growth strategy. As the growth PM you will shape and own the roadmap and execution of product initiatives that fuel acquisition, activation, customer engagement and first value journey. This means understanding the changing market landscape, identifying user needs & pain points, quickly assessing opportunities and turning them into product recommendations. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out product features that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Collaborate with senior leadership, UX specialists, product managers and other growth product managers across the company to develop and release features focused on our corporate product-led growth strategy.
- Define and prioritize detailed objectives and specifications for product-led growth initiatives ranging from UX improvements, net promoter score studies, churn prevention, user engagement tests and more.
- Collaborate with your engineering and product management team to maintain a seamless user experience while ensuring execution meets specifications.
- Tracking of product-led growth business metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention and referral.
- Establish a shared understanding of business priorities and strategy with your partners.
- Dive into user behavior using analytics tools and platforms to inform the product roadmap and provide insights for the Product Management team.

**What you bring to the role**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a focus on Engineering and/or Business.
- 3+ years of professional experience working within product management and/or B2C/end-user relationship management
- Understanding of the Cyber Security industry or related equivalent experience is a plus
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and first-class communication skills.
- Team player attitude and excellent collaboration skills.

**We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. Based on the CBA level, the minimum gross salary for this position is EUR **44,660**.**
