**Company Description**:
As Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Manager, you will drive our data instrumentation efforts, with a focus on the analytics side of the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform. Strong expertise in analytics instrumentation, data collection, and analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Big Query as well as technologies in other related fields (e.g., Consent Management Platforms) are a precondition to succeed in this role.

**Analytics strategy**

Develop and implement Digital Analytics instrumentation strategies that meet business objectives, utilizing the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform.

Provide thought leadership on data collection and reporting best practices, by staying up-to-date on industry trends and enhancements in analytics instrumentation efforts.

**Analytics Implementation**

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collection by designing, implementing and maintaining tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other related technologies.

Recommend and implement improvements to data collection procedures in order to increase efficiency as well as sophistication of overall reporting capabilities.

**Collaboration & Communication**

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide them with individual insights, solutions and recommendations. Communicate the results of the analysis to different levels of the organization and provide guidance to stakeholders on how to act on the results provided.

**Qualifications**:
Master´s degree in a related field (e.g., Ecommerce, Statistics, Computer science)

6+ years of experience in an equivalent role

Excellent technical understanding of web technologies, development frameworks and experience in various data manipulation as well as collection methodologies (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python)

Excellent knowledge of Analytics and Cloud Platforms (e.g., Google Marketing and Cloud Platform) as well as as Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust)

Strong experience in utilizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Server Side Tracking capabilities

Excellent communication, data manipulation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to spot trends and to drive insights forward. Attention to detail is critical

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge of relevant data privacy/protection frameworks

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
