You can learn more about the world of OMV below: **Our business** **Your role**: - You perform an in-depth political analysis with a strong strategic focus on business needs, of national, international and geopolitical development that have an (potential) impact on OMV’s business and you provide political country analyses and briefings on relevant countries and projects. - You actively guide colleagues from different departments through regulatory topics, including the analysis of draft laws, by-laws, directives, regulations, position papers, political programs, act. and actively contributes to those. - You manage internal alignment processes of company's different internal business interests (Upstream, Downstream, Corporate) to set a focused and target oriented advocacy / lobbying management plan on regulatory issues which reflects the company's strategic business targets taking crucial external timelines and political decision makers' interests into account. - You support the lobbying of OMV's position in the public policy sphere incl. active stakeholder management towards Federal Ministries and embassies on technical level, is an issue related point of contact towards industry associations and interest groups. - You write speeches, briefings, background information and letters for the Executive Board and Senior Management and position papers and factsheets. **Your profile**: - You have a Master Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law or Business - You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience - You have excellent understanding of the political landscape in Austria and EU, working experience in association or ministry is beneficiary - You have a strong company orientation and commitment, excellent communications/social skills, cross-divisional working attitude and the ability to work independently - You are fluent in German & English - You have excellent writing skills - You have high flexibility and stress resistance, attention to details and a "hands-on" mentality - You have strong networking skills with an existing network of stakeholders relevant to OMV **What to expect from OMV**: - We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
