**Project Manager (f/m/d) Vehicle Integration**:

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Independent management of commercial vehicle development projects (focus on vehicle and drive integration) from concept to series production
- Management of international project teams
- Management and professional involvement of all project stakeholders through targeted communication (including professional project documentation and presentation of development progress to customers)
- Ensuring process-compliant target achievement, as well as setting and monitoring necessary measures for target achievement
- Sales support within the scope of the projects
- Professional change, time and resource management
- Project management with regard to technical progress, quality and costs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed education (University of Applied Sciences, University) with a focus on mechanical engineering or engineering degree with specialization in related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a project manager / program manager in vehicle development
- Sound experience in managing SOP projects
- Knowledge of customer systems/processes of well-known OEMs is an advantage
- Leadership qualities and confidence in dealing with customers with excellent communication skills
- Very strong social and intercultural skills
- Analytical thinking, solution orientation and perseverance
- Sense of responsibility, goal orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Willingness to travel about 20 percent worldwide
- Very good in German and English

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €70,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
