Overview:
N-able is seeking a Marketing Manager to come join us on our exciting journey of growth Our vision is to enable the digital evolution of small and medium size businesses. We believe that by putting our People, Partners and Products first that we will be able to continue the growth of our business.

Support the business plan for the N-able indirect markets by building, implementing and analysing a consistent schedule of marketing programs (campaigns) in those regions to allow N-able to accelerate our growth. These campaigns will be key to our success and will ultimately be measured by an increase in transacting partners as well as an increase in average revenue per partner

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, Execute and Analyse multiple go to market plans within key Distribution markets to create demand for N-able products
- Marketing campaigns to consist of multiple channel elements
- Collaborate with Sales Executives across N-able and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Develop a strong familiarity with the company’s products and services, to inform the team’s strategy
- Leverage data and testing to optimize and improve targeting and execution across all communication channels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate new product launches, drive improvements in quality and throughput of inputs to the team, and to bolster data, reporting and forecasting
- Ensure the proper tracking, analysis and reporting of marketing budget and core KPI's

Qualifications:

- Relevant campaign development experience
- Agency Management
- Experience within a B2B IT / SaaS company
- Experience with event marketing
- Oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are important
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives
- Analytical
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
