**Job Description**:
As Supply (Production) Planner you are an active member of the monthly Sales and Operations (S&OP) planning process, which’s goal it is to supply the material demands within the global Doka Group network, while ensuring a high material availability for our country organizations, which are further supplying our customers. The centrally managed S&OP process aims to enable us to consider market and demand changes in a fast and structured manner.

As Supply (Production) Planner, in a central headquarter function, you will focus on the following tasks:

- Responsible for global material supply planning via Distribution Centers to Productions on a tactical level including regular short term meetings
- Being a proactive interface between Demand Management/Planning, Productions, Procurement and Controlling
- Continuous improvement of planning process and logic
- Coordination of bottlenecks in supply
- Reporting of forecast data as well as logístical KPI’s for Management
- Definition, monitoring and optimization of planning accuracy as well as general logístical KPI’s
- Participation in projects

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial education with focus on Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Management (Commercial College, University degree)
- Practical experience in Operations, Logistics, SCM and/or Controlling
- Proactive and communicative personality
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with hands-on mentality
- Personal responsibility and assertiveness
- Dedicated, solution-orientated and stress-resistant
- Team player with high degree of service-orientation
- Very good command of German & English (oral and written)
- Good MS Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.** We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 39.101,16 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
