Global Key Account Manager Industry

We are looking for a Global (Junior) Key Account Manager (M/F/d) specialized in the Industry/Logistics sector. This role entails overseeing and orchestrating intricate Request for Proposals/Pricing (RFPs) and projects within our Global Key Account and End User Sales division. This involves managing established accounts as well as cultivating new ones, all while closely collaborating with the Head of Application (Industry). Of particular significance is the onboarding and global integration of fresh accounts, which will constitute a substantial portion of this role's responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

- Assuming a leading role in developing new relationships and maintaining existing key accounts
- Defining project scopes, establishing milestones, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requisites and tender documentation
- Identifying the resource needs, both internal and external, and leading the local key account manager and bid team through the quotation and tender phases (key account managers, lighting designers, back office, etc.)
- Devising project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring the bid team's adherence to timelines

**Ihr Profil**
- Previous experience in an international professional environment, with a focus on managing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management
- Proficiency in IT, including working with Salesforce, ERP systems (such as SAP), and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with lighting calculations and product knowledge within the lighting industry is advantageous
- Fluency in French, along with proficient spoken and written English. Additional languages like German would be beneficial, though not mandatory
- Demonstrable creativity and intelligence to drive our success through innovative strategies
- Extensive willingness to travel
