- ** performance**?Tridonic is currently recruiting for a global HR Head responsible to lead Tridonic’s global HR organization. Your role reports into Tridonic’s CEO and you will provide strong leadership, direction and management of the HR activities in over 20 countries with a headcount of 1’800 employees. This role will be closely working together with the global HR organization of Tridonic’s mother company Zumtobel Group. The role will ideally be based at Tridonic’s HQ in Dornbirn. It is an exciting time to be joining Tridonic as we look to strengthen our position as a global leader of lighting technology.
- **Your remit will include but not be limited to**:

- Serve as a member of the Tridonic Group management team and act as the main human resource manager, consultant and sounding board to the Tridonic organization, especially Tridonic’s executive board
- Together with your team you are responsible for the whole employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding focusing on key topics such as talent management
- Lead, develop and inspire the global HR team
- Manage and coordinate HR services provided by Zumtobel Group
- Act as business partner to the global senior management and enable leaders in all people processes
- Understand business strategies and support the organization in achieving business targets
- Drive digitalization and develop reporting procedures to measure results of HR related processes (KPIs)
- Adapt to the dynamic business environment, positively support continuous transformation processes and act as solution provider
- Challenge the status quo, design, lead and implement global HR projects and initiatives that are responsive to the needs of the business
- Represent the company in works council matters including the negotiation and conclusion of necessary agreements
- Take an active role in the Zumtobel Group HR leadership team and contribute in shaping the future of HR in the Zumtobel Group

**Ihr Profil**

**You are a HR professional (+10 years) with the relevant management experience in an international environment. You are inspiring as a leader with a positive attitude that helps you to continuously grow yourself and people around you in order to achieve excellent results.**
**In addition you should have the following attributes**:

- You have a university degree, ideally in business administration or law or equivalent experience
- Your ability to understand different business models allows you to be recognized as excellent business partner
- Leadership experience, experience of leading international
teams is a plus
- International working background, international assignments are a strong plus
- Solid business acumen, experiences as line manager and in matrix organizations is a plus
- You have solid English and German skills, further languages are an asset
- You always operate at eye level, acting with integrity in a trusting and solution-orientated manner
- You have the ability to challenge the HR environment with new ideas, act in a future-oriented way, have the courage to say “no” and make sensible decisions
- The yearly gross salary starts at EUR 125’000 fix plus 20% variable;
