**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung/Stabsstelle Recht
- Beratung in unternehmensrelevanten juristischen Frage
- und Problemstellungen
- Prüfung und Vorbereitung von Verträgen in unterschiedlichen Rechtsbereichen, sowie Unterstützung von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Unterstützung in der Führung von Verfahren vor Gerichten und Verwaltungsbehörden
- Unterstützung in der außergerichtlichen Streitbeilegung
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung
- Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und Consultants
- Unterstützung im Vergabe
- und Ausschreibungsmanagement

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht einer österreichischen Hochschule
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Unternehmens-, Arbeits-, Vertragsrecht und Öffentliches Recht, insbesondere Medizin
- und Vergaberecht
- Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches und praxisorientiertes Denken
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse
- Englisch verhandlungssicher

Artichoke Computing GmbH ist ein Labor-Start-up, das mittlerweile zu einem der größten Laborunternehmen Österreichs für PCR-Testauswertungen zählt. Gegründet im Jahr 2020 von einem engagierten Team aus IT-Spezialisten rund um Boris Fahrnberger, bietet das Unternehmen heute eine Reihe von qualitativ hochwertigen Auswertungsmethoden und biometrischen Systemen an. Die Laborleistungen werden am Großstandort in St. Pölten und in den österreichweit drei Containerlabors in Graz-Raaba, Linz-Leonding und Scheibbs ausgewertet.
