Senior Performance Marketing Manager

**As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Storyclash you will**:
- Ensure data-driven decision making and pair it with your creativity for successful planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Take ownership of of watertight measurement, analytics and reporting in Hubspot & all relevant marketing properties - helping us understand what moves the needle
- Utilize & further optimize existing acquisition channels like Google Paid Search, Linkedin Ads and SEO
- Use your freedom & curiosity to experiment with new acquisition strategies across other affiliate and performance marketing channels and test your optimization ideas on our website
- Work with stakeholders from Design, Product and other Commercial roles to create impactful marketing activities and assets which are relevant to our various target audiences (Landing Pages, Webinars, Ad Creatives and more)

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
- 3+ years in the field of performance marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS
- A strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and buying processes
- Experienced in data analytics, A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience in working with Hubspot, Google Ads and Linkedin Ads
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
