Check out this role and see if you're a good matchAufgaben As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will: Scale paid social campaigns across selected markets - owning strategy, creative direction, testing, and performance optimization end-to-end. Shape our social paid growth strategy: develop a clear test-and-learn roadmap to continuously improve efficiency, identify new growth levers, and push the boundaries of what's possible on each platform. Collaborate closely with creative and UGC teams to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and drives measurable business outcomes. Explore and evaluate new channels, expanding our advertising reach and finding high-impact opportunities for diversification. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends - and translate them into actionable strategies for Tractive. Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better- you'll never hear the phrase " because that's how we've always done things" Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level Profil Key requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media advertising, ideally in a B2C environment on the client or agency side Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns end-to-end - from concept development and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and scaling Strong preference for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio An innate ability to identify patterns and insights in complex datasets A unique mix of creative and analytical thinking, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit Excellent written and spoken English skills Valid Austrian work permit Does this sound like you? Annual gross salary starts at € 50.000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.
