Your territory
As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
- Scale paid social campaigns across selected markets – owning strategy, creative direction, testing, and performance optimization end-to-end.
- Shape our social paid growth strategy: develop a clear test-and-learn roadmap to continuously improve efficiency, identify new growth levers, and push the boundaries of what's possible on each platform.
- Collaborate closely with creative and UGC teams to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and drives measurable business outcomes.
- Explore and evaluate new channels, expanding our advertising reach and finding high-impact opportunities for diversification.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends – and translate them into actionable strategies for Tractive.
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better– you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things"
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media advertising, ideally in a B2C environment on the client or agency side
- Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns end-to-end – from concept development and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and scaling
- Strong preference for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- An innate ability to identify patterns and insights in complex datasets
- A unique mix of creative and analytical thinking, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit
