Your territory

**As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will**:
Be our inhouse expert for Search Engine Advertising and take full ownership of the existing channels (Google & Microsoft Ads) & explore further growth opportunities
Analyze and report the performance of our PPC campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for scaling
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key drivers of campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
Help in setting up a detailed tracking system for channel attribution and optimizing marketing spend
Develop and execute a clear test and learn strategy to drive continuous improvement, sharing insights from testing to discovering growth opportunities, and ensuring a data-driven approach for all planned activities
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms in our targeted markets and best practices in SEA
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in PPC Advertising with a strong focus on Google Ads
Experience in other Advertising channels is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
Excellent understanding of optimizing and scaling campaigns
An innate ability to unearth patterns and insights in extensive datasets
A unique blend of creative and analytical thinking, combined with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent written and spoken English skills
