Junior Performance Marketing Manager

**Your territory**
As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the our SEA & Social Paid inhouse team to assist with day-to-day tasks
- Support the setup of Google & Social Paid campaigns in a structured and high-quality manner
- Launch and monitor campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and align with our KPIs
- Optimize campaigns continuously based on thorough analysis. Communicate findings and recommendations to team members.
- Conduct tests and track results to enhance campaign performance across Google Ads & Meta
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms in our target markets, and best practices in Social Paid advertising & SEA
- Take on increasing responsibilities within the Performance Marketing team as you develop expertise
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
**Your profile**
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC Advertising on Google Ads; experience with Meta is also preferred
- Fundamental understanding of the core aspects of Google & Meta; any experience with other advertising platforms, such as Microsoft Ads, is a plus
- Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in campaigns and in addressing challenges
- Capability to work independently and in a self-organized way, structuring daily tasks and keeping attention to detail
- Very good English skills
- Valid work permit for Austria

**Salary range**
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 42,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
