Your territory

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

  • Support the planning, execution and optimization of Meta paid social campaigns across key markets
  • Work closely with experienced marketers to learn how to build, analyze and improve campaigns that drive real impact
  • Partner with our design team and external creators to develop compelling, on-brand ad creatives tailored to platform best practices
  • Help set up A/B tests, monitor performance and gather insights to guide next steps
  • Stay curious about the latest trends, tools and best practices in paid social
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things"
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Initial hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, either client-side or at an agency, and a strong interest in learning more
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and in particular social media advertising
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms is a strong plus
  • Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to identify trends and optimize performance
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
