YOUR TASKS:
You take a central management position in our company and are responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring and optimising all processes and workflows in our hotel in cooperation with the department managers. In addition, you develop and implement strategies to optimise profits and analyse turnover trends. You report directly to the Senior Manager Operations, who manages our hotel from Vienna, and you are the most important contact person on site for our guests and employees, whose well-being is our top priority. In addition to your daily business, you also support the team operationally and implement various projects. You also monitor the implementation of and compliance with the hotel's quality, safety and hygiene standards. You will respond to complaints professionally and in accordance with our internal standards.

WE EXPECT:

- a completed business education or hotel management training
- several years of management experience in the upscale hotel industry
- very good knowledge of German and English
- very good knowledge of MS Office, OPERA knowledge would be an advantage
- a leader with team responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with international guests
- Enthusiasm for the service profession
