Expand allDEVELOP HR PROCESSES AND TOOLS
As HRIS Specialist (Human Resource Information Systems), you’ll maintain HR processes and tools. Together with your manager and your team colleagues you’ll have the great opportunity to further develop and implement them on a global level.BE A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
You’ll act as point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems and coordinate incidents. With your curious mind and in collaboration with our IT department, you’ll find the best possible solution.MASTER CHANGES AND OTHER PROJECTS
You’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests whilst keeping Red Bull’s unique methodology and standards in mind. With tailored projects, you’ll realize your potential and master your strengths.HOLD TRAININGS & MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION
As an expert, you are prepared to share your knowledge within the global HRIS team and your HR colleagues and provide them with on-demand trainings. Additionally, you’ll maintain tool and process documentation.
- EXPERIENCE
- ** Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as HRIS Specialist, preferably with international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.
- Knowledge and professional experience of minimum 2 years with an HR IT system, ideally SAP HR.
- Multi-tasking expert who can handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills.
- Passionate analytical thinker who loves life and work.
- University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.
- Fluent in English, any additional language is beneficial.
