**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie arbeiten nachhaltig in dem aktuell wichtigsten Thema der Finanzindustrie mit und wir entwickeln Sie zum/zur ESG Risk Management Experten/Expertin.
- Sie unterstützen gemeinsam mit dem Team in Konzernweiten Projekten und erhalten dadurch vielfältige Einblicke in die Welt des Managements von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken.
- Weiters gestalten und entwickeln Sie Methoden und Prozesse zur Identifikation, Analyse und Steuerung von ESG Risiken.
- Sie verfolgen die Entwicklung des regulatorischen Umfeld und sind bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Vorgaben dabei.
- Auch stimmen Sie sich eng mit ExpertInnen aus allen Bereichen der Bank ab.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium, ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, der Rechtswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss, z. B. in Umweltmanagement.
- Sie können sich für Fragestellungen des Risk Managements und der regulatorischen Anforderungen an Banken begeistern oder haben Erfahrung im Themengebiet Sustainable Finance und Climate Risk.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen durch Studienschwerpunkte, Seminare, Abschlussarbeiten, Praktika oder Ausbildung in den Themengebieten Sustainable Finance, ESG, Climate Risk oder dem Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement gesammelt.
- Sie sind zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und neugierig. Sie durchleuchten gerne komplexe Fragestellungen und entwickeln Lösungsansätze. In der Teamarbeit tragen Sie zu einem engagierten, freundschaftlichen und wertschätzenden Umgang bei.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und Routine im Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem mit Excel und PowerPoint, oder optional auch Programmierkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
