**Your challenge**
- Managing the non-financial reporting of the Greiner Group
- Designing and implementing the reporting requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) as well as further development measures for ESG reporting
- Administration of the group-wide software solution and support for users worldwide
- Preparation of analyses, reports and statistics
- Acting as an interface for group-wide financial communication
- Establishing and maintaining standards to continuously improve data quality
- Maintaining and expanding documentation materials
- Contributing to the implementation of SAP S4 HANA by incorporating requirements from non-financial reporting

**Your Profile**
- Completed studies (FH/Uni) in business administration or environmental/sustainability management
- Several years of professional experience in reporting, preferably in an industrial or international (corporate) environment
- Strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and ability to recognize complex relationships
- Passion for key figures, statistics, international standards, and data quality
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), proficiency in Power BI, and generally high IT affinity
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for engaging with diverse user groups and their requirement profiles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and very good organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and excellent communication skills
- Very good English and German skills
