In your new job you will:

- **Drive excellence in project management **& **marketing communication **for various **sub-projects & work packages **in our European Funding Project.
- Ensure **project communication **, **marketing activities **& maintain different communication platforms within the project
- Support the **data analysis **and furthermore the completion of work packages in the ongoing project and participate in **supporting and controlling of project KPIs**:

- Independently **drive initiatives **with relevant **communication campaigns **with the project scope

You are skilled and passionate project officer who wants to make a difference in STEM education. You are able to break down complex issues and discuss topics at eye level with top management. You have the ability to be a storyteller and create engaging content while paying attention to details and being a very organized person. You set high quality standards for yourself and others and excel in a structured, independent and efficient way of working. You drive your tasks forward with passion, creativity and proactivity and are motivated by the social impact of your work and the opportunity to collaborate with leading experts and organizations in the field. Passionate about creating and executing engaging events that resonate with young audiences.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience **and **passion for project management **, corporate **communication **and **social media**:

- Strong **interpersonal skills **and experience in working with various interfaces
- Proven ability to **develop and implement **successful **diversity and inclusion strategies**:

- Excellent **written **and **verbal communication **skills in **English**:

- Knowledge and interest in **educational systems **and **STEM**

The position is limited to 4 years.
