At Infineon we have the perfect opportunity to make this happen Join us now as our new Management-/Project office assistant in Villach In your new role you will: - Act as an **interface between management and business stakeholder **s globally within and beyond the department - **Support the unit head **and the **unit management team **in the decision making by preparing the base such as organizing and consolidating the inputs, moderating and documenting the meetings - **Plan **and facilitate **meetings **and **workshops **across different time zones, including agenda definition, meeting minutes as well as follow-up action items - **Create ad-hoc analyses, business reports and presentations **for the unit head and management and act as quality control for the inputs - Drive **headcount planning **and **release **process **for multiple functions inside and outside the Product Line - **Maintain **the **management team calendar **and track special topics, department KPI, tasks and activities - Moderate the **annual and quarterly demand - and project **management **process **for the whole department - Moderate our **strategy and roadmap process**: - **Administer the **financial controlling **of our team (cost, headcounts, invest tracking in alignment with the finance department)** You are best equipped for this job if you have: - **MS Office skills **(Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Basic **knowledge **about **IT solutions **to control semiconductor factories and processes as an advantage - Experience in **project management **of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation - Fluent **English **skills, while German is a big plus - The **willingness to tra **vel **(
