We are looking for a dedicated **System Engineer** to strengthen our IM-Team at our headquarters in Vienna.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You are responsibility for the service management in the area of Digital Workplace, especially for the maintenance of the IT specific infrastructure in the following areas:

- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Security
- SCCM, Intune, M365, Azure
- Virtualization techniques such as Citrix/VMWare
- Network LAN, WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP
- You manage external service providers and you are responsible for compliance with service level agreements and KPI's
- You optimize operational processes in coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- You advice and support in the planning and implementation of projects and new systems
- You are the contact person within the IT organization for technical issues and manage the emergency preparedness for critical systems (on-call service)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a completed EDP education (HTL, university of applied sciences or computer science studies)
- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Customer service is your priority and you like to deliver results
- You are a reliable team player on whom others can count and you have a solution-oriented mindset
- English (C-Level), German is an advantage
