**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Carry out admin duties in a complex integrated Global Economics and Planning System for the OMV Energy Division. You setup the tool for use in the countries, assign rights to users, maintain a close link to OMV IT Department, act as super user and support users globally
- Prepare, align and roll out all required instructions on how to use Planning Space Economics (PSE) in all of the key processes where economics is involved. (Yearly planning cycle, Economics for all project types, recalculations of past projects etc.) in step by step guides
- Implement, quality check and improve permissions and security settings in the tool
- Carry out regime coding of improvements and changes based on fiscal requirements
- Collect, quality check and implement price files with pricing assumptions for all relevant products (oil and gas and low carbon business)
- Address ad-hoc support requests related to the tool and tool setup
- Continuously look for improvements in tool setup, stability, functionality - highlight problems to IT and/or Super User Network where required and work together on implementing solutions
- Implement and run knowledge sharing events about the tool, tool functionalities with all relevant users

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Very strong IT affinity and experience with administration in complex finance IT tools with many users
- Strong communication & presentation skills, ability to share knowledge with peers and across disciplines
- Structured approach to problem solving, focused on fit for purpose solutions
- Ability to cooperate with Team Members, Business Partners, IT Project Managers and other stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Economics, Controlling, Finance, Portfolio an advantage
- Project management experience and ability to deliver tasks/projects independently in time and quality
