Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure Quality expertise to support the development of drug-device combination products (e.g. prefilled syringes, autoinjectors, injection pens) and medical devices
- Ensure that all incoming Novartis products are inspected prior to release to the market in accordance with the current in place procedures, with registered specifications and with local/international regulations
- Plan, coordinate and conduct batch release preparation activities
- Support of the qualified person(s) in the release testing of medical devices and combination products
- Compilation and review of documents from databases
- Contacts/exchange of information with national and international functions (CPO QA, QA responsible persons in the countries, manufacturing sites)
- Creation/updating of work instructions (SOPs)
- Support in maintaining and updating local databases

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Scientific background (PTA, BSc in pharmacy or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Confident handling of MS Office and Quality IT Tools and Databases (e.g. SAP, TrackWise)
- Independent worker, how can organize the workflow and workload independent of environmental impacts
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and organizational skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

**Desirable requirements**:

- first experience in how to serve patients
- good communication skills

For this position the minimum salary is € 49.804,58/year (on a full time basis).
