Join us as a Senior Operations Controller and let's elevate Efficiency, Boost Savings, Turning Machines for maximum financial impact and Embracing Sustainability.

What you can expect:

- Act as a trusted business partner to our management team, business units, operations department, and production sites.
- Craft, analyse, and present performance reports and deviation analyses.
- Dive into the world of manufacturing process data, operational KPIs, and production costs.
- Explore production cost drivers, track trends, and shape future developments.
- Identify bottlenecks, unlock saving potentials, and illuminate areas for improvement.
- Support improvement projects, define ambitious targets, and evaluate performance with a keen eye for results.
- Be the architect of financial strategies, aligning investments with our strategic organizational goals.
- Conduct financial analysis of potential investments in cutting-edge equipment, technologies, or facilities.
- Play a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- And when the need arises, create ad hoc analyses that drive decisions.

What we expect:

- Proficiency in data analytics tools, with a flair for data-driven decision-making.
- More than 5 years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in financial analysis, ROI calculation, and cost control.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Effective project leadership and result-driven.
- Advances Microsoft Office skills
- Good command of English, German is a plus
