PURPOSE
As part of our product team, you'll help our Shpock users to continuously improve their experience, whether it's selling second-hand items or helping our buyers find the right item & bag a bargain.

YOUR MISSION
- Be the first point of contact for all UI/UX work at Shpock
- Develop new or existing feature ideas further and turn them into UX concepts
- Create mockups, wireframes & prototypes for app and web
- Plan and run user tests & interviews
- Organise & lead UX feature planning sessions with the product team
- Ensure a consistent design concept across all platforms
- Support the marketing team in the planning & delivery of campaigns and social media presence

WHY IS THIS ROLE UNIQUE
- **Learning curve**: you will receive an in-depth onboarding and take full ownership of the role very quickly
- **Responsibility**: you are mainly in charge for all UI decisions (app and web) and are involved in feature development from the very beginning
- **Hands-on**: learning by doing is what we do, failure is acceptable, failing to try is not

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- You will be part of the product team and report directly to the Product Manager
- You will work with the marketing team and support them

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in **mobile a**pp (iOS/Android) and web** design for at least 2 years
- Ability to integrate requirements, user feedback and usability findings into **designs to improve the Shpock user experience**:

- Knowledge of maintaining and improving **design systems**:

- Experience with UI / UX tools such as **Figma, Adobe Creative suite or Sketch**:

- Experience with **UI writing** is a plus
- Strong **passion for UX design** (research, prototyping, testing) and user interface design
- Ability to work **independently and in a team setting**:

- **Social media** affinity
- Fluent in **English**

Austrian law requires us to post the minimum salary according to the collective agreement. This is EUR 40.000;
