For our team based in Vienna, we are looking for an ambitious and committed Analyst to support the implementation of the development of various projects, financial analysis and reporting functions.

**The scope of tasks**:
Participation in monthly reporting (management accounts and regulatory reports), taxation (support with VAT and Transfer pricing documentation) and budgeting process, support with Group audit process

Preparation of financial models and profitability analyses for investment projects, assessing cash requirements of the subsidiary companies

Preparation of financial analyses and presentations supporting financing projects and investment decisions

Valuation of portfolio companies, review of business plans, evaluation of investment projects

Analysis and monitoring of covenants in the financing agreements, cooperation with the banks and other financing providers on the day-to-day operational topics and loan monitoring

Market research and preparation of structured materials on selected topics

Managing banking transactions and payments, participation in intra-group financing monitoring and structuring

Experience in preparation of financial models, valuations and profitability analyses of investment projects

Ability to clearly formulate conclusions and prepare recommendations

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Corporate Finance or similar discipline with analytical insight

A second faculty degree (e.g. legal, economy or business management) would be an additional advantage

Fluent in English

Advanced analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage various priorities simultaneously

Willingness to learn and develop new skills and gain various business experience

Good interpersonal skills, good writing, communication and presentation skills
