Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and large corporations globally. With over 100 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Zurich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy already operates globally and has big ambitions to expand within Europe and intercontinental.

Tasks

As Strategic Initiative Lead (PMO), reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you are responsible to structure, oversee and help drive Yokoy’s most important projects. To realize Yokoy’s ambitious growth plans, we have identified a series of strategic initiatives (e.g. specific product developments, implementing company steering tools) that will be driven by the respective functional teams, yet coordinated by a central project office. As Strategic Initiative Lead (PMO) you enable your functional colleagues with the required project management tools, help track and report progress to the senior management team, identify interdependencies, and support the resolution of any roadblocks. In this capacity, you will be challenging the outcomes of the respective projects proactively, from a process and a content point of view.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Enable functional stakeholders to correctly capture project scope and desired outcomes, define a roadmap, and quantify required resources
- Act as trusted advisor and sparring partner for initiative owners and teams to facilitate and accelerate delivery both with regards to content and methodology
- Help manage project interdependencies and support resolution of roadblocks
- Develop and own a clear but simple tracking and reporting method on the initiative
- and overall portfolio level, which can be leveraged for steering purposes on management level
- Support the management team to structure strategic efforts in new or existing projects, leading to an agile strategic initiative roadmap

**Requirements**:

- Education in Management, Business or another relevant field
- 4+ years of relevant Project Management Office work experience
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional large-scale initiatives and overseeing a broad portfolio of projects
- PMP or/and Agile Methodologies certifications are a plus
- Independent self-starter with well-structured ways of working
- Assertive personality with required gravitas to drive initiatives to success in a fast-growing, agile company
- Fluency in English, German would be an asset
