**Als CRA in unserer Abteilung Flexible Solutions sind Sie von zentraler Bedeutung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung komplexer klinischer Studien (Phasen II und III) in Österreich. Sie arbeiten dabei direkt mit einem der größten internationalen Pharmaunternehmen zusammen.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- alle Aspekte des Site Managements und Site Monitorings, von der Auswahl der Studienzentren bis zum Close-Out
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Best Practices und bei Einreichungsprozessen bei den österreichischen Zulassungsbehörden je nach Bedarf
- Mitarbeit in kundenspezifischen Arbeitsgruppen und anderen internen Projekten als Subject Matter Expert

**Ihr Background**:

- naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss in z.B. Biologie, Biochemie, Chemie, Gesundheitswesen, Medizin, Tiermedizin, Pharmakologie usw.; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gesundheit/Pflege oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung (z. B. als Study Nurse, Research Nurse, Studienkoordinator*in...)
- Praxiserfahrung in der klinischen Forschung, bevorzugt gesammelt bei einer CRO oder einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen
- idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Monitoring von klinischen Studien in Österreich
- Kenntnis der geltenden österreichischen und internationalen Regularien bei klinischen Studien wie z.B. ICH / GCP
- effizientes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent, Lernbereitschaft, sowie eine sorgfältige, detailgenaue Arbeitsweise
- ** ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss**
