BILLA Central and Eastern Europe is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 800 stores and over 21,400 employees.
This full-time position offers variety in terms of international topics and projects but also travel activities in our four countries. Accompany and support the CEO in international projects and topics, contribute your ideas and build up an international network within the REWE Group. For this interesting position, the BILLA CEE family is looking for a self-confident, proactive personality who can think outside the box.
- Conceiving, organising and managing interdepartmental projects
- Managing the BCEE Board portfolio of projects and initiatives
- Elaborating and interpreting decision papers and deriving areas for action
- Preparing professional presentations, making analyses and processing ad-hoc enquiries
- Competent and proactive contact with stakeholder and interface management
**Qualifications**
- Successfully completed degree (university)
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment in a specialist function (e.g. as consultant or project manager) and/or in a relevant staff position (e.g. strategy, corporate development or similar) is real advantage
- Experience of conceiving, organising and managing projects
- Good analytical skills when dealing with evaluations or reports
- Integrity when dealing with confidential information combined with an engaging and confident appearance
- Willingness to travel on business to the Group‘s international locations
- Self-organiser, independent and above-average ability to work under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken business English and German
