In your new role you will:

- **Order the packaging **, test the functionality and release the software **, while you **document decisions and information**:

- **Assist the communication departments **during rollout campaigns and **foster the relationship with the IT Service Desk**:
During an **individual training phase **, we will prepare you for your new role. With **regular feedback discussions **and **planning of your professional and personal development **we want to ensure your success in this position.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your **home office **(Hybrid) and you can arrange your **working hours flexibly **.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree **(Bachelor) in **business informatics **or related fields, **or finished a HTL **for **informatics/media technologies **with some years of experience
- **Knowledge **with **Windows Clients **(Registry, Profiles etc.)
- **Good Knowledge **of **software distribution **and **installation methods **(SCCM, Group Policies)
- Experience in **packaging software**:

- **Basic knowledge of IT systems and processes**:

- **Fluent communication skills in English **, German as an advantage

The **Information Technology **department has become an important business advisor for Infineon, converting business requirements into great IT solutions.
