Artivive is an easy-to-use Augmented Reality tool that allows artists to create new dimensions of art by linking classical with digital art. The digital layer opens doors to a whole new world of possibilities. It consists of the Artivive App, our visualization component, and the Bridge by Artivive, the creational part.

Our vision at Artivive is to change how art is created and consumed and build the community around augmented reality art. Our mission is to democratize augmented reality for the art world. Our plan is to make augmented reality into the art form of the 21st century.

More than 125,000 users are creating artworks with Artivive and are having exhibitions in 92 countries. For museums, exhibitions, galleries, and other art institutions, Artivive offers a new and innovative way for the audience to interact with art.

Tasks
- Manage the scope and the capacity of the team throughout to ensure quality of results
- Generate and present weekly project status reports for key team members with ongoing risk management
- Establish processes and lead project strategies to drive successful delivery of the product growth initiatives and programs including optimization and experimentation programs
- Lead all aspects of the project and program life cycles, ensuring quality, timeliness, strategic impact, cross-functional alignment and project deliveries are met

**Requirements**:

- Education background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in building processes and alignment between teams
- Capability to navigate and adapt to change is absolutely crucial in our fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of JIRA, PSA tools, game engines or other similar software
- Profound knowledge of project management and Agile methodology
- Fluency in English
- You are an EU-citizen or possess a standing work permit for Austria

More About You
- Strong leader with great communication skills, able to work with diverse groups and align teams around common goals
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product and marketing teams
- Some knowledge of coding or authoring 3D artwork is considered an advantage

The annual gross salary (38,5 hours / week) for this position is according to the collective agreement (IT-KV). An overpayment is possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
