As an Earned Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting Communication Managers in achieving maximum quality earned media outcomes in their market and/or Network area of responsibility. You’ll provide earned media data and insights, as well as best practices and case studies. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our communication efforts are innovative, relevant, and aligned with our target audience.

**PROVIDING INSIGHTS**

In this role you’ll identify trends and make recommendations around our approach to earned media, ensuring that we remain innovative and relevant to our target audience. You’ll support with research and feedback to keep our roster of Communications Agencies accurate and up to date as well as providing data and analysis to support Communications Managers with earned reporting for our biggest projects. Finally, you’ll collaborate with our Audience Insights Team on topics like the implementation of earned social monitoring.

**PARTNERING WITH THE BUSINESS**

This role will require you to keep up to date with the global media landscape, reviewing communication strategies and identifying trends and best practices for earned communication improvements. You’ll then share it with relevant stakeholders as well as supporting with analysis of earned social partners to inform pitching priorities and earned content needs. Last but not least, you’ll report on Red Bull Content Pool performance and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in a multinational media or digital environment

Ability to translate data into insights and communicate to relevant stakeholders.

Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to improve earned media results (non paid, third party media).

Good understanding of the media industry, global media outlets, and press agencies.

Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and drive innovation.

Analytical skills and technical understanding.

Experience with media monitoring tools and understanding of earned evaluation methods.

Knowledge and experience of using relevant data and reporting tools such as Looker, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau etc. is a bonus.

University degree in communications, media, digital or a related discipline.

Fluent in English, German is a plus.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
