Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new quantitative methods and streamline data processes through automation. Support the development of advanced KPIs that accurately measure success across platforms, ensuring that Red Bull’s Owned Media continues to lead with precision and innovation.

**Translating Business Needs into Technical Solutions**

Bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical implementation. Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategic needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring seamless alignment between objectives and execution.

**Qualifications**:
2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the Streaming Media or Digital Marketing industries; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations Research, or a related field.

Sharp analytical thinking skills, with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Strong ability to query large, unstructured data using SQL; experience with at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R) and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate business questions into technical requirements.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; willingness to learn new tools and skills is essential.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
