Join our Owned Media team in Salzburg, Austria as Insights and Analytics Manager. In this role, you'll be driving our insights and analytics initiatives across a dynamic landscape of 65+ local websites, 50+ mobile apps, and 20+ localized OTT apps.

**IN A NUTSHELL**

As Insights and Analytics Manager you’ll develop and implement actionable insights and recommendations to inform other departments and stakeholders. You’ll provide insights and data support to our network of Owned Programming teams across the globe.

In addition, you’ll keep track of trends to evaluate strategies within developed KPIs. You’ll build dashboards and reports to educate stakeholders and help them make data driven decisions.

**ANALYTICS TRACKING STRATEGY**

As an important part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of driving our tracking strategy and fostering meaningful collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders. Your ability to actively engage and connect with diverse teams will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven success.

**Qualifications**:
5+ years of experience in web & app data analytics in a media/entertainment/tech company and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and B.I. tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, for manipulating and representing data

Ability to effectively present complex data concepts and analytics to high level stakeholders to help inform business strategy

The ability to work well within a large, international organization, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Team player mentality with a high degree of independence and self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English, additional languages such as German, Spanish, and French are a plus

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
