**We help the world run better** **What you'll do** We're looking for a design-oriented and/or digital media business student to assist us with: - Create or polish presentations designed for internal and/or external audiences following SAP corporate design principles - Design business content and information for employee engagement, thought leadership, and social media content through logos,infographics, charts and illustrations - Create design elements for internal platforms like SharePoint, event visuals or strategic slide decks - Define the right content formats and bring in new and innovative formats that best tell the story and attract our audience. - Simplify complex topics into clear and impactful visuals and interactive content formats. - Creative ideas on how to leverage communication strategies and social media formats (internal / external) - Develop and create content for newsletters and internal postings such as blogs, success stories, podcasts, and videos. - Optional: Event planning projects such as external events / workshop (Efforts includes: marketing strategy, design content, planning, speaker management and logistics) - Optional: Prepare and facilitate meetings, provide event management support, and take ownership for dedicated smaller event formats. **What you bring** - Student (f/m/d) at a university (minimum 1 year of study left) - Be enrolled in a university or have a degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Creative and enthusiastic team player, solution-oriented approach to problem solving, ability to work independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team on multiple tasks - Advanced Microsoft 365 skills - Experience with video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite - Optional: Project Management experience - Languages: Business fluent in English and German **Meet your team** - We are part of the SAP Customer Success Services organization delivering innovative and high quality services to our Austrian customers. - Our team consists of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Service Sales Executives and Working Students in various experience levels. - Internally we work together with colleagues from Sales, Presales, Bid Management and Support, both on local as well on global / regional level.
