**What to do**:
During this internship, you will get firsthand experience of what it means to work on a trading floor, and you will be in daily contact with senior traders from Erste Group.
You will support us in transforming business ideas into functional and technical requirements and specifications, and align these with software developers, solution managers, and internal departments.

- Enrolled student with an ongoing study program, ideally with a technical background
- An interest in learning the business of investment banking, with a focus on trading, as well as motivation to continuously learn and improve
- Open communication and passion for teamwork in an agile team structure
- Solution orientation and an organized and structured working method
- Ability to take responsibility for defined tasks and to accept constructive criticism
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written; German knowledge is an advantage
