Join our journey Regional Sales Director EMEA - DACH Focusing on new business generation, with major brands/ new logos as well as product sales to new prospects. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working in a demanding and challenging environment and with a proven track record in sales and executive level customer engagement experience. The role will be an integral part of the EMEA team and have full accountability and ownership for revenue in the assigned region. - Primarily Responsible for growth and revenue generation of new logos (hotel chains) to Sabre Hospitality in the DACH & CIS regions/ and or MEA Region - Lead and take ownership for a focus on CRS Distribution as well as product Sales - e.g. GDS Media, Nexus, Digital Experience, CRM and more SHS product sales - Focus on supporting the Head of Sales with EMEA Strategy for business development - Develop, grow and nurture new leads and feed the sales pipeline - Working with all key internal stakeholders to facilitate successfully onboarding new hotel chains - Leverage C level contacts to ensure new logo wins - Inspire and deliver qualified consultative approach and technical experience to build long term growth in customer base - Ensure Implementation and maintenance of an effective sales management / process approach. - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. - Understand customers’ objectives and business deeply, develop strategies for maximizing performance, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. - Monitor market and competitor developments, develop insightful analysis of market trends and customer performance, and prepare and execute professional presentations to clients. - Maintain an accurate forecast of sales activity in the pipeline and regularly report key sales metrics to management - Monitor customer, market and competitor activity, provide feedback to management and recommend sales strategies. - Work closely with Customer Engagement, Delivery, Consulting, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure win-win partnerships for Sabre Hospitality - Align with overall corporate strategy and contribute to key revenue driving projects - Foster Innovation, develop new strategic perspectives and bring out of box thinking to the table **Job Requirements**: - Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the hospitality industry; ideally in CRS Distribution or direct hotel background. - Track record of achieving sales targets - Deep knowledge of Distribution - Numerical abilities - analytical, inquisitive and used to working on ROI - The ability to handle multiple projects with good time prioritization skills will be critical to the success of this role - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English - Ability to influence cross functional teams - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to communicate at all levels - Revenue Results oriented, motivated by achievement of targets - Strong communication skills/ people driven, used to working with people at all levels from CEO down - Appreciation of different cultures and languages - Self - motivated and ability to work independently with little or no supervision - Creative and solutions driven, problem solver - Proven ability to negotiate successfully and close complex contracts - Exceptional business closing skills - ideally a proven track record of success - A strong understanding of business practices and industry trends - "Hunter" mentality - Strong attention to details and analytical - Ability to develop Sales presentations, position statements, and planning of key meetings Disclaimer: The duties and responsibilities described above is not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time.
