The nature of this role requires someone who will be prepared to be both hands on and strategic and enjoys developing people as you will have a direct report to partner close with.
- Partnering with senior management to help realize and translate their strategic vision and business goals into organizational objectives and actions and then identify the talent competences and capabilities required.
- Playing a leadership role within HR Team developing HR strategy, operationalizing into deliverables and measuring success.
- Developing global HR Practices and alignment in talent acquisition and compensation & benefits.
- Understanding the overall Business strategies and developing the 1-3 year HRBP plan needed to support business goals. Establishing clear team communication, track execution against plan - problem solve or initiate activities in region needed by business.

**Job Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:
- Managing a small team and developing individuals.
- Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & HR IS system reporting and analysis (SAP preferred).
- Critical Thinking - Uses problem solving skills to assist in determining priorities, finding timely solutions to departmental or system-wide issues and demonstrating quality customer service.
- Collaboration - Successfully collaborates on projects and programs with team members.
- Accountability - Takes responsibility for consistent completion and follow-up on departmental jobs and providing excellent service delivery.

**Previous Experiences**:
- Experience defining, developing, and implementing a forward looking and developmental HR strategy.
- Experience working across multiple countries and regional levels.
- Significant experience as an HR business leader with a proven ability to act as an advisor to senior leaders on the full spectrum of HR issues.
- Experience in developing HR processes and policies.
- Experience in HRIS and payroll transformation.
- Proven track record in acting as a facilitator of change, bringing a change mindset with a focus on processes and cultural change.
- Previous experience within FMCG would be preferred, open to industry background.
- Previous PE experience would be a plus.
