Project Manager construction projects (f/m/x)

- ‎- Der Bereich Facility Management ist verantwortlich für Gebäude und gebäudegebundene Anlagen, von der Beschaffung über Erscheinungsbild, Instandhaltung bis hin zur Entsorgung. Als Projektleiter im Bereich Facility Management sind Sie maßgeblich daran beteiligt, das räumliche Arbeitsumfeld zu gestalten und die notwendige Infrastruktur zu verantworten.**Aufgabenbereich**:

- Verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Detailplanung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten für die Anton Paar GmbH
- Laufendes Projektmanagement sowie Aufbereiten von Entscheidungsgrundlagen bei Bauabweichungen (Termin
- und Kostenverfolgung)
- Technische Verantwortung für Anbindung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (z.B. Anlagenabsaugungen, Gebäudeleitstand)
- Angebotseinholung und Erstellung von Ausschreibungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
- Einweisung, Begleitung, Kontrolle und Abnahme von Fremddienstleistern
- Aufmaß- und Rechnungsprüfungen, Reklamationsabwicklung

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene gebäudetechnische Ausbildung bzw. umfassendes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise HTL-Hochbau, -Gebäudetechnik oder FH-Abschluss mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung
- Technisches Know-how im Bereich Elektrik und Mess-, Steuer
- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management von Vorteil
- Flexibilität und die Begeisterung für den Service
- bzw. Dienstleistungsbereich
- Serviceorientierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit und eigenverantwortliche, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Selbständigkeit, Loyalität und Flexibilität

Diese Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation ab, üblicherweise bewegt es sich für die ausgeschriebene Stelle im Bereich von €3,200.00 bis €4,200.00 (brutto/Monat, ohne Überstunden).
