As a Senior Product Manager you will build, unify, maintain and improve best in class mobile capabilities for deep linking, analytics, user acquisition/marketing attribution, A/B testing and personalization. In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with stakeholders on a variety of adidas and Runtastic teams to shape and evolve our joint Mobile Marketing Technology stack.

**You’ll contribute by**:

- Building, buying and maintaining Mobile Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions that work effortlessly and deliver value for both consumers and stakeholders alike
- Implementing deep linking, vanity linking and deferred deep linking to seamlessly onboard and engage consumers with our apps
- Providing solutions for cross-app analytics to measure campaign success and feature usage
- Empowering stakeholders to run A/B tests and similar experiments with confidence
- Establishing deep personalization across touchpoints by integrating our CDP across our apps
- Evaluating and consolidating our existing Mobile MarTech stack
- Driving standardized practices (e.g. for analytics, A/B testing and personalization) by establishing usage patterns and providing guidelines and technical specifications
- Collaborating closely with vendors and teams across adidas and Runtastic (e.g. Marketing, Product Design, Research, Engineering)
- Gathering consumer and stakeholder feedback as well as analyzing data to derive meaningful actions in order to reach our business goals while serving our consumers
- Managing digital product development using the Scrum agile method
- Effectively setting priorities and managing the backlog, as well as planning resources accordingly

**What makes you the right match**:

- 4+ years of professional experience in consumer-facing digital product management in an agile environment
- Educational background in Computer Science, Media Technology or a related field
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on creative problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Deep understanding of mobile marketing technologies and mobile app development
- Hands-on experience with solutions (in-house or vendor based) for deep linking and attribution (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase)
- Familiarity with establishing and nurturing successful vendor relationships
- Experience working with external engineering teams is a plus
- Outstanding communication, coordination as well as organizational skills
- Excellent English skills

**Salary Information**:

- And here’s the fine print: As part of our hybrid setup, we are currently hiring fully remote team members in AT, ESP, FRA, GER, GRC and UK (prerequisite: valid work & residence permit in the respective country). Conditions and benefits differ from country to country.

And what about the salary? Our minimum salary starts at EUR 54,600 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour working week). Of course we are happy to negotiate a salary based on your skills and professional experience.
