**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Drive the creation of scenarios for the Energy Portfolio and provide Portfolio analysis to derive informed recommendations for optimized capital allocation decisions
- Lead the annual Energy planning cycle (e.g. planning calendar and process alignment, coordination and consolidation of inputs, analysis of planning data incl. deep dive topics, drafting of presentations)
- Challenge plausibility of inputs, and ensure data integrity and consistency
- Coordinate the alignment of inputs with all Ventures, relevant Value Centers and Corporate functions in the Portfolio and Planning process
- Manage ad-hoc requests and deep dive analysis with good and autonomous delivery
- Participates in and contributes to the planning review meetings with regard to technical/economic aspects
- Calculate and analyze economics calculations, incl. reporting and consolidation of results

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and capability to challenge projects inputs and economic evaluations
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data by focusing on relevant matters and delivering clear outcomes
- Experience and ability to deliver tasks/projects independently in time and quality
- Solid understanding of the Energy business and its value drivers is highly beneficial
- Ability to navigate business relationships across the group and build networks, team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced user of Excel, knowledge of Portfolio and Planning tools is a plus (e.g., P2V)
- Skilled in using ThinkCell and Dashboarding tools (e.g., Power-BI) and a Digital Mindset
- Fluent in English
